Ancona, April 14, 2026 – ISA Yachts announces the sale of the third unit of the UNICA 45M Steel to an American client, confirming the strong appreciation of the international market for this distinctive model. The displacement superyacht, featuring a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, is designed to undertake ocean crossings in total safety and comfort, also thanks to a fuel capacity exceeding 60,000 liters. Delivery is scheduled for 2029.
Born from the synergy between renowned designer Enrico Gobbi of TEAM for Design and the shipyard’s technical department, the UNICA 45M Steel aims to redefine industry standards, elegantly interpreting the needs of the modern owner with a contemporary approach. The project stands out for its generous spaces and innovative design solutions, including extended outdoor decks and large glass surfaces, conceived to enhance the visual continuity between interiors and exteriors. The fluid, perfectly balanced lines define a sleek silhouette both at the bow and stern, while a sophisticated lighting system enhances the yacht’s profile, contributing to a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
The stern is developed across three descending levels towards the sea, forming an area dedicated to relaxation and socializing, with sunbathing areas, a pool, and an elegant infinity cockpit enhanced by a glass balustrade that ensures uninterrupted panoramic views.
ISA Yachts offers extensive customization possibilities and, for this third unit, an interior layout has been defined featuring six guest cabins. The owner’s suite, located aft on the upper deck, includes a private lounge area, a desk with vanity, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks. On the main deck, a generously sized VIP cabin features large side windows that flood the space with natural light, as well as a bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet.
Also on the main deck, a gym is provided to ensure maximum well-being on board.
The two dining areas include a formal dining room on the main deck and a second outdoor dining table on the upper deck, accommodating up to 12 guests. Both decks also offer elegant living and relaxation areas, ideal for socializing or enjoying privacy.
The upper deck boasts a spacious forward area with sunpads and an entertainment zone, while the 16-meter-long fly deck represents one of the most exclusive areas on board: double sunbathing areas, a lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining table, a bar with stools, and a round jacuzzi create the perfect environment to fully enjoy life at sea.
Below deck, there are four double cabins: two VIPs with double beds and two twin cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort for guests.
The crew, consisting of nine members, is accommodated in four double cabins below deck, while the captain’s cabin is located adjacent to the wheelhouse to ensure optimal operations and efficiency.
In terms of performance, the UNICA 45M Steel is equipped with two CAT C32 engines of 970 kW each, allowing a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. The range exceeds 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, making it ideal for long voyages and transoceanic cruising.
With this new sale, ISA Yachts further strengthens its position among the key players in the luxury superyacht segment, combining cutting-edge design, engineering excellence, and high-level performance in a distinctive and coherent vision of life at sea.
